Yes, but make cuts to areas where unemployed, qualified working people are abusing the system by living off of public spending because they don't want to get a job. By cutting these programs, it will allow businesses to grow larger, make more money, have company taxes go up, increase consumer spending, and grow the economy all because more people are going out and getting jobs and not living off of public spending anymore.
