How might the policy-making process change if active listening and empathy were required skills for all politicians?
I feel as though many policies would benefit lower income people.

With a sense of genuine empathy, we wouldn't have people up on thrones throwing pity at the poor, we'd have understanding and better-suited solutions and that's essential at this point.
